ES62X-BT2 High Voltage TLP Bias Tee, 10 kHz – 6 GHz, 100V

The ES62X-BT2 is a wide-band bias tee designed to bias High Voltage Pulsed measurements, such as TLP.  The bias tee is paired with a separate inductor module (BT-I330), that extends the bias tee’s low frequency bandwidth when attached.  When configured with the BT-I330 the ES62X-BT2 achieves a 1.8 dB bandwidth at 10 kHz.  Without utilizing the BT-I330, the ES62X-BT2 achieves a 3 dB bandwidth at 10 kHz.  The bias tee and inductor module both come housed in a shielded package with dimensions of (51.9 mm x 21.4 mm x 16.7 mm) and (62.8 mm x 40.0 mm x 25.0 mm), respectively.  The ES62X-BT2 is impedance matched for 50 Ohms.
