The model EPM-VF2 external vf-TLP pulse module can generate fast and clean 20 – 30 ps risetime vf-TLP pulses with the integration of ESDEMC ESD test solutions (ES612, ES622, ES640, ES650, etc…). It can be used for vf-TLP, CC-TLP and any other application requires ultra-fast risetime.
